Here at RDM-USA, we have developed a proprietary Project Specific Open Book™ model for which we apply to each and every one of our projects. “Project Specific” refers to the customized team whom we make available to each client based on their project profile. “Open Book” refers to our above board method of business operations. We are an open book to our clients: no hidden fees, no mark ups, which have allowed us to Construct Projects at Cost™.

For years, my colleagues and I, have seen and continue to see what appears initially to be a great deal based on lowest bid, more often than not, results in costly change orders, schedule delays, and increased expenses that simply, in our opinion, is unacceptable and can be avoided from the start. Our Executive Staff
Kumars “Q” Keramati
President & CEO
Kumars, often referred to as “Q” by those whom have come to know him, serves alongside his partner and co-founder, John J. Donnelly IV. Together they are responsible for the day to day operations, and ensuring that all projects are done safely, with unsurpassed quality, and in-conjunction with the budget parameters set forth by our clients. As CEO, he is focused on the continued growth and expansion of the company without compromising the Small l Local Company feel and the level of responsibility that we have come to be known for amongst our vast list of clients. Prior to building RDM, Kumars was Project Executive for Coles Mill Construction, and Sr. Project Manager for Kay Construction. He has successfully provided Commercial Construction Management and Project Management services to local and national clients. Kumars holds a bachelors degree in Construction Management from Drexel University along with additional concentrations in Business Law and Finance. Kumars brings forth professionalism and out of the box solutions to today’s complex and highly competitive projects.
John J. Donnelly, IV
IV, Senior Vice President
John, oversees the financial, risk management, and overall day to day activities here at RDM. He serves as board member to 1St Colonial National Bank, along with other local organizations. John brings forth specialized experience in large, complex, commercial construction projects that has enabled RDM to continue to grow and expand without compromising our mission, of building great projects, while surpassing our client’s expectations. Prior to joining RDM, John was Senior Project Manager at Kay Construction. John has over 30 years experience in Managing and Constructing Commercial Construction Projects. Projects include Schools, Churches, Offices, Retail Stores, Community Centers, Nursing Homes, Warehouses, Automobile Dealerships, Banks, and Rehabilitation Centers and more. His experience in Commercial Construction includes: Supervision, Estimating, Planning, Scheduling, Purchasing, Budget and Cost Analysis, Expediting, Negotiating, Contracts, Value Engineering, Construction Management, Compilation and Submission of Claims, along with Business Development. John brings forth to each and every project in-depth understanding of all phases of a Commercial Construction Project and Management Skills to achieve success. John holds a Business Degree with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University.
Melissa Farrow
VP of Business Development, South Central Region
Melissa oversees the development and growth of RDM’s Oklahoma office. She is responsible for the overall operations with focused emphasis on project development and client relations. With strong leadership skills and clear focus set on our prospective client’s concerns, Mellissa has successfully established new relationships and continues to cultivate mutually rewarding relationships here in her home state of Oklahoma. Melissa holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Oklahoma State University. Prior to joining RDM, Melissa held Business Development Positions with experience in various markets: Oklahoma, Dallas, TX, and Los Angeles, CA. Melissa is an Oklahoma State native and currently resides with her family south of Oklahoma City.
Ario Rivera
VP of Business Development, Northeastern Region
Ario oversees growth of our Philadelphia, PA and New Jersey offices. Ario has extensive experience in business development, along with project management experience. His primary emphasis is placed on project development with regards to negotiating and securing client relations. Ario holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Management from Drexel University.
